IIDE: Merch System

Designed and systemised IIDE’s merchandise and print assets to reflect a bold, youthful identity. This included badges, welcome cards, sticker packs, business cards, and recognition kits — all aligned to brand voice and scalable across teams and events. Also managed vendor coordination and procurement.
