Spatialities of Future

An urban design proposal for Mumbai’s C Ward that reimagines the Development Plan to preserve social relationships and resist displacement. The project proposes people-first zoning strategies, form-based codes, and retrofit guidelines that prioritise everyday interactions, light, ventilation, and street-level life over generic land-use logic.
